Stylish resort wedding of a Telugu bride and a Tambram groom!
It is always magical to read about love and it is enchanting when we come across couples who believe each other to be their destinies. The story of our bride Thapasya, who is a dentist and her loving groom, Anand, who works for Citibank and is a software engineer, is one such love story that can actually make you believe in destiny.
Anand, the hero of this story spots Thapasya, the leading lady, in an IPL match 7 years ago and is instantly interested in her. Anand’s friend recognizes her. He also meets her in person when he volunteers knowing Thapasya volunteers for the Blue cross.They become good friends and as days went by, Anand proposes to Thapasya and she refuses. Slowly Thapasya gives in to Anand’s charm and asks him to talk to her parents. The rest is history!
The couple celebrated their 7-year love story with a Telugu traditional wedding at Royalton leisure resorts, Bangalore. The bride proudly says that the wedding is close to her heart and that her sister, mom and her uncles pulled of the 5 event wedding all on their own.
For the mangalasnanam event the bride wore white and light blue lehenga from a designer exhibition in Bangalore and wore pink floral jewelry which was ordered online on from Mini Chandanichowk.(@chandnichowkmini) The event was followed by sing-along karaoke and poolside games like volleyball.
The second event pellikuthuru had a dress code. Men clad in white dhoti and Women in pink sarees. The bride wore a yellow silk saree from Prakash Sah, Kancheepuram and a pearl satlada haar.
The Mehendi ceremony happened next to the pool and the bride wore a designer lehenga from Clove, Bangalore and accessorized with custom statement earrings that carried the Instagram handle of the wedding (#anasya) made by Jewels ERA (@jewels_ers)
For sangeeth there where a lot of amazing performances by family and friends followed by DJ night by DJHemanth. The bride wore a lehenga by Samyaak clothing. (@samyakkclothing)
The next day, for the wedding, bride and groom entered in a bhaarath procession which was followed by a sumptuous lunch. There was also a dhandiya team that was brought in from Hyderabad who danced during the wedding.During the muhurtham the bride wore a red Kanchipuram saree with green blouse from Prakash Sah, Kancheepuram. The bride and groom matched all the outfits and complemented each other.
The makeup was done by @vurve-salon# and they did an excellent job in making the bride look lovelier. The photography and videography was covered by @magic-elephants# . Mr. Amit, an in-house decorator did all the decors and did an excellent job. The mehandi function was decorated in a tassel and dream catcher theme and wedding ceremony’s décor was a traditional yellow, red and orange theme.
The bride mentions how the most emotional moment on her big day was the 60 second countdown to the wedding by her family and friends. She recollects how they celebrated her big day with crackers and party poppers. Another emotional moment was when her groom danced for her and when the groom was in tears as she dedicated a dance number for him!
