A Lovely Engagement Story Of A Typical South Indian Scenario

Our pretty bride Sushmitha tells us about her story read on to know more.

I am Sushmitha and my Fiancé is Raj Gowtham. Our story began on Jan 29th of this year. Ours was an arranged marriage. It was through our family we got to know each other. My sis in law Nirupa who was my junior in school knew me better than anyone else in his side. She played a very important role to make all these relations bloom. The first time I met him was in a temple. It was a meeting arranged by our parents. We got to talk to each other for a while and we hit it off so well. We then gave a green signal to our parents and in no time we were engaged.

All my sarees were from @a-s-babu-sah# and @prakashsilksandsarees# Kanchipuram. These are two usual stores we go to for wedding shopping. We did the same for my engagement too. I was so sure I will find what I like there and I did.

My blouses were designed by Smirithis. She is my go to designer. Manju aunty is a very close friend. She has been designing my blouse for a long time now. In fact, she did my very first blouse too.

Make up was by Saloon Mantra Salem. It was a suggestion given by my sister and a few of my friends. I went by their suggestion and loved it. They did a very good job.

Jewellery was from @sumangali-jewellersshoppingretail#. All my jewellery are from here. From my mom’s time we have been regular customers with this store.

Photography was by @siraj-khan-photography#. We looked at many photographers and liked Siraj Khan’s photography the best. He actually kept up to the expectations and gave us some amazing pictures.

Décor was by Utsav wedding planners. Mithilesh was super friendly and understood what we had in mind. It was very easy to work with him. He delivered exactly what we asked for.
