From Being In A Long Distance Relationship To Being Married - The Charming Wedding Story Of Two Best Friends!
Hello everyone! I am Sneha Ravichandran, the bride. I got to know Harish through a mutual friend. What a timing it was, I was leaving to London for my studies and he was leaving to America.
We started talking on a daily basis, which later turned into skype calls. Both of us knew there was something more to this. There was no explicit proposal, but we just knew. It was long distance all along. But somehow, we made time to visit each other. That excitement and eagerness to meet each other kept us going. Four and a half years later, I married my best friend.
At the point when we had to tell our parents, they were very supportive throughout.
The wedding date was fixed for November 27th 2016. Based on our tradition, we first had a simple temple wedding followed by an elaborate mandapam wedding and reception on the 2nd December 2016.
The wedding date was fixed in late July and we only had a few months to get everything ready. My bestfriend Shilpa and my sister helped me throughout. They worked with me day and night and as well as tolerated my bridezilla moments :P They planned so many surprises along with Harish's friends for the events - they were the bestt!!!
Also, not to forget the most favourite being in my life and important one in our wedding, Pepper, my dog.
