‘Love’ Is When Hearts and Last Names Get Stolen!

When Love hits, it does hit on you on spots which makes you take a step back, ease down and just admire the way life falls in its perfect place! We have Varshini and Karthik who seem to feel at home falling in love, letting in on their beautiful Fairytale wedding story.

Once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love gives us-A Fairytale! That s how mine began too He stole my heart and I had stolen his name!

Hello all! This is Dr.Varshini Ramamurthy and my better half is Dr.Karthik Rajan. Both of us are dentists by profession. Ours was an arranged marriage and Karthink, also happens to be my distant cousin. Our engagement was on the 22nd of May so we had quite enough time for the preparations of OUR BIG DAY, which was scheduled for the 15th and 16th of September'15.

Since it was a typical Naidu wedding, nalangu and the reception was on 15th followed by the wedding on the 16th. Both of us preferred Brindavan Auditorium, Coimbatore which happened to be one of our favorite places.

Our backdrop, pre-wedding set ups and all the other decorations from the simplest to the convoluted were taken care by "The Decor and Designs". I should thank Mr.Ravi and Mrs.Manju Ravi for giving in their best for our whole hearted satisfaction.

People say, weddings are important since they celebrate life and possibility. The celebration mood had arrived a month back in both of our families and the feeling of excitement was abundant within all of us.

I was very particular about my sarees and the jewellery like every other Indian bride would be. My nalangu saree was from Shresht, Coimbatore and the wedding saree was from PSR silks, Coimbatore. My pre- wedding collection was from Tulsi Silks, Chennai.

Being a lover of traditional jewellery, my gold and diamond jewellery were from Suman Jewllery, Coimbatore and Kirtilals, Coimbatore.

My make-up was done by Mrs.Sathya who gave me very appealing and suitable looks for different occasions and one of my pre-wedding make-up was done by Mrs.Nimmi.

Mehendi was by Mrs.Azab.

Everything plays a major and an important role in a wedding. One of them is the catering services. Ours was done by Shri Balaji Catering, which was appreciated and spoken about by most of the guests. I thank Mr.Devaraj for his patience and the services rendered.

We were busy making memories and they were busy capturing every bit of it. Photography plays a big part in weddings and I would say the, "@the-fhoto#" team were very efficacious.

Thanks to Mr.Prashaunth for his patience, whole hearted dedication and the fantabulous work. We thoroughly enjoyed and loved posing.

We chose Mauritius as our Honeymoon destination and had a great time for an entire week.
