The wedding story of two people who weathered the storm and got married ultimately

Once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love gives us a fairy tale. Here is the wedding story of two people who weathered the storm and got married ultimately! All is fair in love and war!! How true is that!!!! The story of two people who happily stretched their relationship for a decade and it finally ended up like a fairytale!

Valvil Ori and Firdhouz, wondering which name is feminine and which masculine, yeah I know, it's weird that both of us are named quite uniquely.

We both are based out of Coimbatore and fell for each other at work, a decade ago (2004) and the journey began right there. Both being from a different religions, didn't make things easy for us to handle but nothing is permanent and just like that, the happily ever after moment was supposed to happen!

2014 was the right and bright year for the dream come true moment. Long hours of browsing for various references really helped us decide on what we actually wanted our BIG DAY to look like.Every single arrangement was organised by just the two of us cos only we knew what we wanted. That day was the much awaited day of our lives.

The Wedding and Reception was organized on the same day during the first week of September 2014 at the much sought place of Coimbatore, Le Meridien. We also had a Reception exclusively for the staff of their company 5 days after the wedding at Hotel Vijay Park Inn, Coimbatore.

The Wedding was quite an intimate affair. So we only had family and our close friends for the non-ritual chain and ring exchange ceremony at Crystal Banquet in Le Meridien. For the reception, we had all the loved ones who waited years to see us as Mr and Mrs. This took place in the Ballroom.

Ori always had this madness that the wedding card should go with the theme of the wedding. Hence it was Red and Gold that we planned for most of the decor and most part of the clothing too.
