A Meticulously Planned Wedding Of A Picture Perfect Bride
After completing her masters in the U.S and wanting to open a boutique of her own, bride Vyshaka is all smiles while she talks to us about her wedding story which was nothing short of a magical ballad.
Her husband, a private pilot in the U.S was made her own by her parents, while both families found them apt for each other. They exchanged rings in January and took their wedding vows in the month of June. Let’s hear it from the bride herself.
“We had many ceremonies corresponding to our wedding. The Sangeeth, Mehndi, Haldi, the traditional bangle ceremony, the engagement that was the day before the wedding, the muhurtham, the reception and the lunch.
For the Sangeeth, I wore a red crop top and a skirt with a transparent white cape top. This was designed at Jade by Monica and Karishma, Mumbai. For the Mehndi, it was a yellow designer wear by @ridhi-mehra# from Mumbai again. I wore an orange Anita Dongre designer wear for the lunch. For my engagement, Muhurtham and the bangle ceremony, I wore a traditional silk saree from Kanchipuram.
My husband wore a navy blue sherwani which was designed by his friend. Most of his outfits were designed by his friends. All the suits that he wore were from Zegna, Mumbai.
Makeup for all the events were by @ralph-daniels-hair-n-makeup-design#. One of the most familiar faces in Bangalore. I’ve been a client with him for over 4 years now and I must admit that he is really good at what he does.
Photography for most of the events were by @minchu# and for some, it was Pramod Photography. I loved every other picture. We also had few other photographers for traditional photography.
My jewelry were from various places. Most of them were from Mumbai and Bangalore. With regards to the decorations, I curated all the designs and pattern I had in mind and all that I wanted and the local guys there took care of it.
I came to India only like 10 days before the wedding and did not have much time to do anything prior to the events. We’ve been on a one-month honeymoon to Madagascar and Mauritius and I loved those places so very much.
