"I consider myself to be an artist of makeup. I graduated from the London School of Makeup, UK and have had the opportunity to train under some of the best in the industry. For example, International Artists Alex Box, Roshar, Chris Miloni, Jessie Powers, Namrata Soni, Joakim Roos from Sweden to name a few. 

 

 

I specialize in bridal makeovers, fashion &  creative fashion shoots and celebrity makeup. But what sets me apart from the rest is that when it comes to bridal makeup, I ensure that no two brides look alike. My signature style is what makes them a Tamanna Bride! 

When it comes to celebrity makeup, I’ve worked with Sania Mirza, Akhil Akkineni, Jwala Gutta, Harshvardhan Rane and Lara Dutta.

Apart from starting Tamanna Makeup Academy, I also founded the Telangana Hair and Beauty Association (THABA) and have received numerous industry awards like India Lifestyle Award for Best Makeup Artist in India.

 

 

 

 

I believe that getting makeup done on your special day should be an experience in itself. I use high-quality products to make the brides-to-be look like the best version of themselves! I pay attention to details and make sure that every bride gets a customized look that brings out their best features.

I personally am an ardent fan of Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Too Faced, Nars, Makeup Forever etc and the list is endless, really.

 

 

 

Traditional style of makeup is almost predefined pertaining to the culture and rituals associated with your respective communities, whereas modern or Indo western style is meant for women of today, where we want to have a glimpse of traditions while keeping our comfort or personal style intact.

I personally prefer Indo western looks as I feel a bride’s personality can be easily reflected as there are no boundaries.

 

 

 

I love today’s Indo western styles as they are more about comfort, ease, and are refreshing and relaxed. These looks make you stand out and make sure you are not trying to fit in someone else’s mould. And that’s my style as well!
