Until a few years back, lehenga choli was typical North Indian wedding attire. Restricted to mostly Punjabi and Gujarati brides. There were simpler South Indian versions, davanis and pattu pavadai which are comparatively lighter in weight.
Times have changed. Bollywood numbers have seeped so deep into our culture that we now aspire for Umrao Jaan and Jodha Akbar dressing styles. We tend to keep our wedding attires traditional though. But there are always functions such as the mehendi, sangeet and reception where you can flaunt the lehenga of your dreams! So here we present to you 25 designs by @golden-threadsfashion-designer-bridal-shop# and we hope you’ll like it as much as we do!
