This couple is definitely one of a kind. This is a perfectly arranged marriage but here is the twist. In the process of groom hunting, Kavya Gowda is one adorable talkative girl and one whole day is not enough for us to listen to all her stories. She is all excited to share us the entire details of how it happened, ,the process and the rituals they have gone through the engagement. Kavya Gowda is from Bangalore and was working in a real estate firm for 3 years and took a break to settle down in her life. Her groom Prasad is from Bangalore and also from construction business. "Of all the guys I’ve talked to, I got that instantly connected only with him" says our pretty bride with fondness. They met at the Leela Palace for the first time and the bride recalls he was the only person she wanted to talk to for endless hours. He had the same feelings for her and rest of the story is indeed a fairytale!
Every girl dreams of having a life partner who has the attributes of her father. Kavya Gowda says " I feel safe and protected when I am with him and he is a very good listener. We both have similar characteristics and almost similar lifestyles. I hope it’ll be much easier for me to adapt even after the wedding". She is bubbling with happiness and energy when she talks about her Prince Charming. "I am the one who dreamt of having a grand wedding from my childhood but he wanted to have a simple wedding calling only close friends and relatives. Finally he agreed to my wish and made my dream come true. Work is something which gives him a high and he is an avid workaholic".

Everyone loves shopping with her and seeks her advice when it comes to wedding shopping. She has a lot of knowledge about the fabrics and she knows jewellers personally so whenever there is a family function, everyone seeks her advice. So should I say more what extra effort she will take for her own daughter's wedding?
I had shopped a Banaras fabric long back when I have gone to Calcutta and saved it for a long time for a special occasion. So for the engagement, I thought I could use it for a Lehenga which was an inspiration from Manish Malhotra and I am someone who keeps tab on all the latest fashion and designs. So when the Banaras lehengas came into trend, I wanted to grab the opportunity and it is an inspiration from Manish Malhotra's latest designs.
There is a designer named Syed from Hyderabad and he brought my design to reality and the blouse design was his idea.
I got my engagement saree from @varamahalakshmi-silks#, Kanchipuram. It was from my In laws side and Varamahalaxmi is the best of all the saree shops in Kanchipuram. You can pick a design there without any second thoughts for have some exquisite collections.
Kaasumalai was again a gift from my in laws side and we picked it from Pravin Jewellers. They have a really unique collection of designs. I got a chocker from @creations-jewelleryjewelry-store# and they do they have a unique set of collections. And I purchased the uncut diamonds from a private vendor in Rajasthan.
