The Grand Wedding In The Family Of Adayar Ananda Bhavan & Nandhana Group
Shweta and Vishnu had an arranged marriage, and yet he is everything she could ask for. She had a set checklist and he put a tick against every single one of her requirements. Shweta's father owns the Nandhana Group of Hotels, Bangalore and Vishnu is currently heading the progress of Adyar Ananda Bhavan, what a delicious combination!! Shweta was studying in the UK and came down a year before the wedding ceremony took place to see him for the first time. Where she said yes, Shopzters found its most foodgasmic love story till date.
They had seven functions all together, and it began with a Haldi at home. The bride wore an elegant sari from Deepam and the décor for this function and everything that followed was done by Wedding Mansion and Co. They did a brilliant job for all their ceremonies, experimenting with variations of flowers and making each function stand out.
The impeccable hair and make-up for the Shweta was done by @make-up-ibrahim# who did an amazing job at the ceremonies, taking her bridal glow a notch higher with his perfection.
At the sangeet held at Le Meridian, Bangalore Shweta wore a dream-like lehenga from Jade by Monica & Karishma and Vishnu wore a sharp Tom Ford suit. The beautiful décor for the venue was done by Nefarity, and her hair and make-up was once again by Ibrahim.
The next function, which was the Mehendi was held at home and Shweta wore a gorgeous gown by Ridhi Mehra. The most eventful ceremony with the exchange of garlands was held at Palace Grounds, Bangalore.
Where she looked absolutely stunning in a Kachivaram Sari from @a-s-babu-sah# and he wore a gorgeous Sherwani from Moksha. This was followed by the wedding at the same venue where both the bride and groom wore a traditional Kanchipuram sari and Veshti respectively from @a-s-babu-sah#.
The couple had two receptions, one which was held at Bangalore Palace and another hosted a Leela Palace, Chennai. Our stunning bride wore every girl’s dream outfit, a Manish Malhotra and her groom looked nothing less than a star in his Tom Ford suit. At the second reception, she beat her own beauty quotient by picking a Sabya Sachi and he wore a Manoviraj Khosla.
Our bride’s favourite moment was surprising her family by not getting overly emotional and crying amidst the ceremonies, even though everybody expected her to.
Her father’s speech at her Sangeet is something she will always hold dear to her heart. His words about how she has grown up to be a beautiful woman and will always remain a part of the family, touched her deeply.
The brilliantly creative photography for all the functions was done by Stories by @joseph-joe-radhik# who did live up to their name as they always do.
For their honeymoon they travelled to the exotic Bora Bora Island and New Zealand. And at their honeymoon, this couple decided to do something that most just read in books and fantasize about.
They decided to hold a secluded wedding just for the two of them. Romantic, isn’t it? Just Shweta and Vishnu with a priest who made them man and wife once again!!!
