Nishitha And Suresh - Happily Married After 10 Years Of Knowing Each Other!

I'm Nishitha, a doctor from Chennai and my fiancé, Suresh is also a doctor from Chennai. He also takes care of his dad’s business and hence is very busy now- a- days because of all the travelling.

Suresh and I have known each other from 2006 college days! We became good friends by the end of the year and he proposed, and as usual all drama took place and I told ok on October  2nd 2008. Now literally it's been 10 years of knowing each other and we are happy to say that we are happily married!.

It was a struggle from both the sides to convince them and make everything work...it took literally 2 yrs. but we are happy to say that both our parents are happy that we found each other. I was super excited and started telling all my friends and they were also excited too! It was a crazy 2016 for us...the planning was a struggle as I was doing my postgraduate and side by side shopping but with the help of my sister and parents everything went on smoothly. 

Come on everyone! Have dreams and dont compromise and don't give up easily! Search every shop up and down you will surely find your dress! When I saw my wedding dress after so much struggle and stress...there was a spark and at first glance I knew it was THE DRESS. 

The wedding took place at Rani Meyyammai Hall Chennai. All planning was done by my parents, me and my sister.

We had a stage with flower decor by Himanshu Mindz Productionz. They did an awesome job and I  was in love with all the decor right from Sangeet  and Nalangu at home, to wedding and reception. 

Photography and video was done by Vipin Photography. He did one amazing job as u can see it. 

Make up by Neelam studio  they did an awesome  work.and I  am so happy with their job. 

Mehandi was by Madras Mehandi Studio. Her Mehandi was just perfect! 

Workout regimen- workout 5 days per week did cardio also.

Diet-(either one of these)

breakfast- omelette/ oats / banana 

Lunch- salads/ chapati 

Dinner- smoothie/ oats

Also tried simple home remedies like

1. Banana and egg white hair treatment. 

2. Turmeric and honey with curd face mask. 

My wedding saree was from Pothys, Chennai..They have a wide range of collections. I literally searched everywhere for weeks, went to each and every shop to get the same design which I had in my mind, even went to Kanchipuram but at last got the saree in Pothys!

Reception Lehenga was from Mebaz,  Hyderabad. 

Suresh’s morning silk shirt was from Pothys as well!

I wore gold jewellery for the wedding from Mangatrai Jewellers, Hyderabad  diamonds for Reception were also from Hyderabad
